We have many long-term clients. In fact, over 60% of our production schedule is filled with repeat clients. We do offer discounts and priority production to long-term clients on a monthly contract, so don't hesitate to ask about that! While we do offer product-exclusivity to some clients, it does require a significant ongoing production commitment for us to offer you exclusivity within a certain product segment.

Absolutely not! Our production fees range from around $100 and up depending on the type of ad required and the complexity, making this one of the most budget-friendly options in Social Media Advertising. • We offer location shooting and travel anywhere. We've shot on location for clients in the Rocky Mountains, a beach in Florida, even a ranch in Wyoming. If you have a specific location in mind, we can make that happen!

For projects with only raw footage for delivery, we get to work quickly once we receive your script. We will clarify anything we are unsure of, shoot the ad, and then deliver multiple takes for you to choose from. Of course, we are happy to make revisions if you'd like something tweaked or changed. The usual process is 24-48 hours from booking to delivery.

For more in-depth projects requiring script-writing, shooting, and editing, we will collaborate with you during the process to be sure the script is perfect, as well as deliver multiple versions of your final ad for your approval. Some complex projects can be delivered in 24-48 hours, but generally they require 3-5 days for delivery. We can discuss your time-frame during our initial consultation.

Working with us is easy! Most projects can be done 100% online via email or messaging. We are available by phone or video chat as well. We are here to help however we can.

We can generally deliver raw footage within 24-48 hours. If it's a complicated shoot, it may take longer. We do offer priority service, so please reach out if you have time constraints and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Absolutely not! We believe consumers are smarter than that. Artificial Intelligence is great for some things, but when you want an ad that feels genuine, it's not the answer. We've found that people connect with people, so all our ads are created with live action and real emotion.

While Freelance sites like Fiverr can be a great resource, they can also be full of inexperienced hobbyists who don't truly understand how to create the best content for your unique advertising situation. The old adage, "You get what you pay for" applies to almost everything in life. We may cost a little more initially, but the results will more than recoup your investment. We don't try to be the cheapest, we strive to be the best. 

We'll answer this one in two parts:

• Yes, we can run ads for you! We are a full-service partner, so we can oversee and manage the ad campaigns on your Meta Ads account, Google, or numerous streaming services. Your ads get posts AS YOU, so it helps to build brand trust and loyalty.
• No, we do not post your ads to our own personal social media accounts. We simply create the media for you to use as you see fit. While some ads may show on our Facebook page, they are for sample use only and are not promoted as ads.

We don't limit usage rights for the finished ads. You'll be provided with a Broadcast and Commercial Rights License along with your files to allow you to market them anywhere you see fit. The only exclusion is that you may not use any of our footage to create any AI versions of audio or video.

We are a full-time, full-service marketing partner. We are in the studio every day creating award-winning, engaging content for our clients. We can be sure to deliver prior to your deadline.
